Good morning all,
I've wondering about this problem for some time now and have yet to find an answer (or maybe just one that I fully understand).
On the database I'm tinkering with right now I would like to run as many operations as possible from a within a main form. I understand that this is mostly a presentation issue but my boss has made it clear that this is important.
Here's my question. I have the main form set up with the Switchboard as a subform. Is it possible to have another different subform open at the same time as the Switchboard and have that subform dependent on which switchboard is open at that time?
Rough Example:
Main Switchboard = No other subforms displayed
Client Switchboard = Subform1 displayed
Employee Switchboard = Subform2 displayed
This is essentially what I've gotten from my superiors. When replying to my question please keep in mind that I am not nearly as advanced at this as many of you are and the only reason I've been asked to develop this at work is because the bosses think I know more about this subject than my coworkers.
As ever, your assistance is greatly appreciated.
