A2007 way to "put lots of reports on a menu" since 2007 has Ribbons, not Menus

Re: A2007 way to "put lots of reports on a menu" since 2007 has Ribbons, not Menus

This is very odd indeed!! :banghead:

The OCX which has that control is in my mind is "common fare" to be on workstations: MSCOMCTL.OCX

I peeked inside the file and see:
Code:
TreeView20WndClass Microsoft TreeView Control 6.0 (SP6) TreeCtrl
Yet I do not see it listed in VBA \ References!

I closed Access, went through the steps to unregister / reregister the file, reopened Access, still nadda.

What could I be missing? Or do I not need to enable the OCX in VBA \ References?

I did download / install the Access 2007 Developer Tools. Restarting Access with that installed popped a message that Visual SourceSafe was not detected... correct, this client uses Team Foundation Server. But otherwise I can not detect new features that the Access Developer Tools added.

Suggestions? TIA!

BROWSE for the file. There's a Browse button in the References dialog box.

Never mind... I clicked on ActiveX Controls in the Controls area of the Design tab, and there it is. I shall pursue this further...
