Add Query Functionality to an Add/Update/Delete Form

I have a relatively simple form for adding, updating and deleting records to/from multiple underlying tables. I would like to modify the form to support querying these tables based on user input form values. Is there an easy way to add this querying functionality to the existing form or do I need to develop a brand new query-only form?

A little bit of work is required, nothing difficult. Search the forum (using the Advanced search) for keyword "Search Form". Look under the Forms section when you run the search.

I believe John Big Booty has some sample dbs somewhere.
