Allowing free text in the services client invoice form

Hi all

Does anyone know if it is possible to have free text instead of selecting from a drop-down in the services and products section of the invoice form.

My apologies if I haven't explained this well enough. I will be putting lots of different services and products but it looks like they would need to be added as line item codes first, and the n selected from the drop-down

if I've understood you correctly, you need two fields in your table, one for the dropdown combo and one for free text, perhaps with some code which says if one is populated the other is disabled. If I've misunderstood, suggest you post a screenshot or something to indicate what you do mean

I have attached screenshots of the actual form and the background query for the services dropdown. I have experience with access but am very rusty as I haven't tackled it for some years
