All my queries and tables suddenly disappeared. I am pretty sure they are still in there, but i just can't see them. Forms and reports based on these queries and tables still work.

I've checked - they are not hidden. and "show all" option is on.

Have anybody ever came across smth like that?

Thanks.

Yes I have seen this before and it is scary.
If linked tables try using linked table manager to refresh.
Try compact and repair.
I have usually found that resolves things. At least if you have functionality then the pressure is not quite so intense!
Another approach might be to create a new db and then see if you can import everything into it. It may be that you can see the queries etc in the import process.
HTH

:( none of those worked but thanks anyway.
I was somewhat relieved to learn that someone had this problem as well - at least I am not insane :)

may be, any other ideas?

OK
Have you tried closing everything down and then rebooting Windows?
In disaster recovery mode (hopefully not needed) when was your last backup?

Well, we've got a back up copy just a couple of days old. So we'll not loose much of the work this time. But our system is set up in such a way that it takes a couple of days to restore a database from a backup. and this problem happened to me twice already. so i was just looking for a way to deal with this problem more efficiently next time.
