Count records of a value

My query Mutaties1 also counts the empty cell (2019/10) of field CountofRent3. How is that possible?

Anyone who could help me out? thanks!

I tried in the criteria of query Mutaties1 of field Rent3:
=Count(IIf(IsNull([Rent3])=False,1,0))
<>Null

=Count(IIf([Mut]![Rent3]='Rent';1;Null))
