Need help with Linked Table!

My problem is that I need to be able to change the link path. I have a linked text file that works fine, but I need to move the directory it's in. If I try to use the Linked Table manager it gives me this error: "The text file specification '<My Table Name> Link Specification23' does not exist. You can't import, export, or link using the specification."

Any ideas? Help!
