This is probably a very general question, since I've never programmed in Outlook before...if someone can point me in the right direction to learn more that would be helpful.
Here's what I'd like to do.
Next week our corporate office is initiating a spam filer; all users will receive an email saying "Spam message discarded" in the subject. I've seen the draft email to the users, which includes instructions for creating a rule to recognize that subject line and put in a spam folder. For some users, even this will be hard to do.
Is there a way that I can create something programmatically and then DISTRIBUTE to all users that they can run that will set up the rule for them?
