Switchboard

I am currently tweaking a database that was originally created in an earlier version of Access and it has a switchboard, I need to add some new fields, but I can't find out how to get behind the switchboard to get to my tables in Access 2007. Anybody got any ideas? Thanks!

press F11 to get at database objects (pinned to the left hand side)

Click on the database whilst holding down the shift key on your keyboard
