@GaP42 Thank you for your input. I understand to the degree that I am able. The database is live, I do have a copy of the database, test on the copy, identify and fix issues, and then migrate/make changes to the live database. I realize the example given is very simple and I am using these...

    Flight Card Database Design/Revision Suggestions

Thank you for the offer. This is still a project I am slowly working on. While I would like for it to be done and not have to think about it anymore, I do need to understand and figure out some of the issues for myself, so I can speak intelligently about the database when I pass it on at some...

All of this has been really helpful. The discussion and being able to see how the tables are connected is greatly beneficial. I have yet to take a look at the files, but I will let you know.

Passengers are for documentation purposes only and are either classified as a medical transport, trauma transport or a rescue. These are a public service and the passengers are not billed. We bill government agencies, mostly for Wildlands fire responses but occasionally for other flights such...

Thank you for the response Pat. I will have to decode some of this in my head and then ponder on it for a bit. Thank you for the sample database, I will definitely take a look at it.

    Flight Card Database Design/Revision Suggestions

Good Morning, Afternoon, or Evening where ever this happens to find you. I have inherited a database that was created with the intention for tracking flight and crew information for a helicopter operation. The database was designed by a member of our organization with minimal experience in...

Max Date with Value List Criteria

Good Evening, I have a flight card database that I am attempting to use to show currency for personnel. Without listing everything the database has, for this question I am pulling three types of records (medic, flight date, medic activities) from one table [Flight Card]. The medic activities...
