Please how do i do that, its VBA access based application

I have tried quite a lot things from google, but wasnt successful, even the online software i got from YouTube and google, wasn't able to see the file, all weren't successful. Please i need assistant, thanks.

Good day all, I have a .accdb table, i am trying to ope to edit, but its asking me to input the password, but i have forgotten the password. Please is there a way i can recover the password, or to crack the fille, or retrieve the password. I'm using access2013 the table is attached, thanks.
