I am already doing this now, I want to get away from the email and just have it print, instead of emailing it. When our internet connection gets messed up we lose a lot of emails. So just printing would be a better choice. Thanks Phil

What Im doing is filling in a form from a web page, that adds a record to a table, what has to happen is when the new record gets added to the table all the information from that reocrd and only that record needs to be emailed to a dispatcher as soon as the record is entered into the database...

Im using access 2000, and im new to access, what im trying to do is when a new record is added to a table, i would like it to automatically send an email of the record that was just added, how would i go about doing this, remeber this is new to me THanks Phil
