    If you have a healthy diet and good regular exercise I don't think there is a need for synthetic health pills . What is natural is always ideal.;)

    just remember the fundamentals, frequent hand washing, regular exercise...and also good eating habits. a regular vitamin supplement is also recommended ..;)
