This is a FWIW post. A couple of days ago I had an issue with the product key, by hook or by crook I ended up getting what I consider to be blood out of a stone, telephone support from Microsoft. Blew my mind I did not think that was possible. Goodness knows if I could find the web page again...
I read the thread thank you and saw that someone deleted outlook new, the problem that I see with doing that, is that I do not have a disc to reinstall anything once I delete it.
