Answered Thanks Pat, yes it contained the answer, not maybe what I wanted to hear! Shall now just have to remove the currency fields from the combo boxes. It would have been nice to leave them in but not essential. Cheers Steve

I have created an unbound check box in the details section of my report This box draws data from a bound control. How do I now add the total of these unbound check boxes then the total in the report footer. Thanks
