Re: I'm missing something through lack of knowledge

Area is an unbound field, don't really think filtering on that is possible or even usefull.

Re: SQL Query in VBA

1=1 is simply a dummy statement which is always true which will allow you to always append an AND without problems.
Otherwize you have to add a bit more of logic to the code...

What you do is cut...

Re: SQL Query in VBA

Simply use some IF to eliminate the empty stuff

" FROM...

Re: VBA to Define Range for Upload

I guessed as much, however if you change one part of the code, you can expect the code to "misbehave" or behave differently from what you expect.

seems to return week 53 for the date of 31/12/2007

I never knew format or datepart was broken this way?

Re: Count items in listbox with specific text

You cant count a listbox, well you can perhaps if you loop it.... However in most cases re-doing the select statement sourcing the listbox but adapting it to suite your (new) needs is easiest.

Re: TXT Tab Delimited

1. You can simply use the Docmd.Transfertext to create it
2. See 1, but you need some vba to make the blank line or a "smart" union query to insert the blank line.
