Most things are possible but some are better than others. IMHO it would be better to follow the advice given by namlian, in a previous post, to create a related table for the remarks and dates.

If you set the ControlSource Property of cboLocation to =[cboCurrentUser].[Column](3) you don't even need to use a macro.

Use one combo box to select the user and populate a textbox with the location using a hidden column in the combo box.

On closer inspection, I think you're missing an "AND" from the WHERE statement.
Try:
SELECT qryInspectionsDue.FleetID, qryInspectionsDue.Employee, qryInspectionsDue.InspectionDate,...

Confirm Print

If you have a button on a form which sends a report to the printer, is there any way to establish whether or not the printer worked correctly.

Take a look at the "Column Widths" property of the combo box. The first column(PassportNumber) is hiddden because the first column width is set to 0. Increase this to something like 2 to show the...

You will notice that I have:
Changed the names of some objects
Changed how the Agent name is stored in the tblWorkerData table. I would recommend that you change the way you store "Payment Status"...

I don't think that I have a problem with Nz() in the form.
I get the error when I try to run the query.
