    Code is a dirty word. I did think about putting the letter as a report but it didn't like it the last time I did that... it struggled to open because it was so big! And because I work for the NHS, most of our computers are the age of the average grain of sand.

    I'm working on Access 2003 at the moment - here's as far as I've gotten with the blinking thing. The trouble with the filter is that I wouldn't be the person using it and it would be too much to explain.. unless we could permenantly filter it in order of letters that need to go out? But still...
