well go to run- type msconfig go under startup tab and see if there is any entry with the name "wmplayer.exe" if it is , remove it else , press ctrl+alt+del and go to processes tab close wmplayer.exe

hmmm!!! why not try locking the software folder with a free folder security encryptor file i mean aggregate all your setup files under one root folder and then lock it using a software!!! :)
