Hello pr2-eugin, I think the 'Print screen into image file' is just about what I am looking for. How would I modify the code to trigger the print screen from a button on a pop up form rather than an error code? Many thanks, John N.

PS I am trying to limit control of the database functions to Access buttons rather than Keyboard that is why I did not really want the user to use the Print SCR key.
