Did you mean re-enter the records which has this weird characters? The back end is ok, the particulars are all in English. The issue is only in the forms which record source is the Query "ADVFINBillingHistory", which is by the way a union query.

Sorry I have read this post http://www.access-programmers.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=276060. Just disable the allow delete properties. I'm so dumb... :D

Ctrl+A, as in all records. I wanted to disable these keys on my view form. A user might press ctrl+A+delete unintentionally or intentionally, although the system would warn them that that they are about to delete the records, I still don't want to risk it. How do I keep them from doing that?
