Hello All,

I have a query which list a customer number and a POL Code. When I run the query it list some duplicates...for example

Cust # | POL Number | Address
--------- -------------- ------------
12345 - ONL - 56 Chicken St
12345 - PA2 - 85 Popcorn Rd
12345 - LUY - 78 Steak Rd

What I am trying to do is list all 3 addresses on 1 line instead of duplicating. So for each POL Number it would list the address on one line.

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks, I was looking for more in separate fields instead of concatenate...

I may have to use 3 separate queries to get them on one line....I thought there may have been a better way....thanks

OK, you would need a crosstab then I believe.
I have not played much with them, best wait for an expert.

It was easier to just make 3 queries and join them....may not be the best way but it works...lol:banghead:
