Just finished a database recently and they now want anpther new feature
Know it is possible, by looking thro all the previous posts, but I now need the database to e-mail an e-mail confirmation to customers once their order has been entered.
However, I need the e-mail body to read like a mail merge letter and be sent to the e-mail address saved in that customers record
e.g.
Thank you for your order [PO_Number] we recieved on [Date_Recieved]
The expected despatch date of this is [Despatch_Date]
Is this possible?
