This one. It's a server so I didn't try to reinstall the office because they use access and other programs, couldn't mess much.

Wouldn't be the server would it.? That would be where the BE is.?
Surely that error is the user's PC with the FE.?

Sorry I'm not familiar with the terms BE nor FE.

BE is "Back End", the location where you store your tables.
FE is "Front End", the location where you store your forms, queries, and reports.

Most users have one file that holds only tables and they location this on a central server. They also have a master copy of their front end and make a copy on the users local hard drive. The Front End then updates the tables in the back end.

Well yeah there is a .mdb which stores tables only and a .accde which is the application with forms, reports and stuff.
Both of these are on the server, Windows Server 2008 R2 and they access it through RDP, I don't know much about it I just started to learn about it.
I didn't quite understand wht could be causing the problem with outlook starting with that error and immediately closing after clicking OK. The reason being on the server, or? Access woorks normally.

For testing, I would first copy your front end locally. Having one front end that is shared by users can cause some odd issues. I'm not hopeful this will resolve your problem but it will avoid others.
