I have several access files created fro each single purpose and formats. I would like to combine them all in single form selecting each from the main form. Is it possible and how?

Yes its certainly possible though whether its a good idea is another matter.

Make sure none of the individual tables, forms etc have the same name.
Create a new blank database then import all items into that.
If you have duplicated module code, only import one of each.
Create a new main form with buttons to select each individual item

However if you are going to do this, suggest you consider splitting the database with all tables in a backend and the rest in the frontend. You might want to review your code at the same time to see anything can be done better.

Go to External Data tab and click on import Access button. Follow the prompts. make sure (like he said) that there are no duplicate names of files.

You can also link to the tables on the other databases and then use the info the same way. without directly importing the files. This may cut down on file size.
