Hi. I am relatively new to access but I managed to create a database based on several tables. I put a form for front desk people to enter customer details by ID card numbers. When a client comes the second time, the ID number gives an error because the ID already exists. The form is set to "Data Entry" in order to hide client details.
Is there a way how to enter a client ID and Access assigns a new ID which can be identified later?
