suma field and move to different named field in different table (1 Viewer)

in table A I have a site field and a quantity field. the quantity field is num.
In table B I have a site field and a total field. the total field is num.
how do I run a qry that sums the quantity field from table A and puts the results of the sum in the total field in table B
