Display users logged into DB (1 Viewer)

Is it possible to show a list of user names that have the database open? I just want something like a list box on my switchboard that shows a list of user names and have it update every so often. If possible how is this done?

Multi Users logged in

Well after searching and searching and reading I had found one that was very basic and what I was looking for. I took some buttons out and used the timer event and I had also included a progress bar that makes it look like its always updateing but it updates every 10000. I havent tested on a multi PC enviroment and not sure if it will work. Can someone take a look and see if it will work? Thanks!!
