[FORM] Query Builder Form Generator (GENERATE FORM BASED ON TABLE) (1 Viewer)

Hello World!

Ever hate creating a form every time you want to create a query builder for a new table? I know I do! That's why I created an access form that allows you to generate a query builder form for any table within the same access database.

This is all done with one form and one module.

For every field in the table, a label and combo box will be generated into the form header. The combo box will contain any distinct values for that field. Selecting a value will filter the results in the detail portion of the form.

To use, extract and either place your tables into this access database or bring the module and form into your existing database.
