Your macro is deleting tables and creating new ones. why? I think you can change this whole thing whereby you end up with the proper table relationships and the necessary queries to calculate the financial data it looks like you're trying to get. it looks like there's too many steps here. I didn't look at the ops of all the objects though. and you don't have any table relationships setup either. at least there were none listed in the relationships window.

not sure why you are using make tables or what your final result should look like for your report, but looks like you need to link the two tables in queryGrossSalary ( on employeename).
Going forward linking on names is a bad idea (names can change or be misspelled). Better to use primary keys
