Odd page up \ down problem (1 Viewer)

Just had a call from a customer describing an odd problem.
He has Office XP home edition & O97

I have an app running virtually prob free on over 20 machines (single users)

A single form has a continuous sub form.
When the single form opens the focus goes to the first control.
Page up / down is the way I tell customers to step through the records.

The customer says that the form opens as expected with the focus as expected.
Page up/down appears to be moving the sub form.not the main form

He also says the app has crashed a couple of times, though didn`t note what
messages came up.

Any thoughts on this
Is the prob likely to be Windows, Access or my app ?

Windows XP Home and Access 97

Hi,

I thought I would float this thread a post because Windows Xp Home and Access 97 seem to be playing Palistinians and Israelis on my computer right now. If anyone would like to comment on this situation it would be great.

The prob I described turned out, when I went to the client`s site, to be the operator !!!
XP & A97 working fine together
