Question Accounting System in Ms-Access

I have 03 tables, 01 is Tenant Rent Receivable which shows me the rent due amount of every tenant month wise, I have tblDebit and tblCredit (linked on the basis of trans #) where i want to post entries regarding Rent Received from Tenant, I want to make a Query or Report where i want to see that What amount have to be receivable monthwise, what i have received and where i have deposited, please help me how can i do all that? thank you

better send the table structure or db itself for better answer as it is not clear from the details

One Table for Debit and Credit would be beneficial as it would become a transaction file. Positive for Debit and Negative for Credit.
