An Unfolding Unfortunate Fallout From this Election Cycle

It's not the victory of Virginia in-being allowed to clean-up its voter roles, but that the US Supreme Court is being sucked into every aspect of the election process. The US Supreme Court should be making decisions based on the Constitution that have worked their way up through the judicial process. Instead the US Supreme Court is being "forced" to make quick emergency decisions. Most of these resulting from the Democrats making novel interpretations of the law that actually subvert the law for the purpose of incapacitating Republicans. One example was the attempt by Democrats to remove Trump's name from state ballots. Democrats by implementing lawfare against Republican are subverting the democratic process and misusing the US Supreme Court. Democrats are the threat to democracy.

Federal law allows Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R) to stop noncitizen voting by removing noncitizens from Virginia voter rolls, the U.S. Supreme Court ordered on Wednesday in a massive win for President Donald Trump, Republicans, and election integrity supporters.
