Is there a way to Disable or Remove the Minimise, Restore and Close buttons on the APPLICATION? (not a form)
I have found some code for the X but not the other two.

Usually people ask to remove these options because they are trying to prevent the user from closing the database without finishing something. There are far better ways to ensure that no bad/missing data gets saved. We would need to know what problem you are trying to prevent to offer the best solutions.

When you remove all easy exits from an application, you may force the user to do something stupid and so unless you have also disabled his power off button, you can't stop him from closing the database. So, maybe you should take the more user-friendly path.
