Applivation crashes ??!!

Hi
In an access database, i add up in a form some functions,
one combo box and an apply filter .
Then I created a small simple query.

Immediately after that access didn't open. It crashes all the time. .

The report i get is the below, do you have any idea why ? whats wrong ?

This application was on server, i made a copy on my desktop, this copy worked, i run the
"compact and repair" , it works, i run all functions, no problem, then i re-replaced this db onto server and works.
I don't know why I have had this problem and what if suddenly it appears again during working hours ??
