Blank pages in Word

Hello -
I have a report that is emailed to users after I run it. I select (Mail recipient as attachment), then I select Rich Text Format.

When a user opens the Word report after they receive it from me there are many blank sections. The data is not kept together like in Access in Print Preview. I feel like i've tried every option to correct this in Access but I'm still not able to correct this. Can anyone help me out with this? The boss is telling me that it "needs to be fixed before you leave today"!

I've had this happen a few times when the group extends over onto 2 or more pages. I generally email the .rtf file to myself and correct the spacing before re-mailing it to the intended recipients.

This isn't too bad if you are only talking about one or two reports per day but I would imagine that it would be tiresome if you emailed a large number on a daily basis.
