Blank Sign In Window When Attempting to Access Microsoft Account (2 Viewers)

Hi Guys,
Every time I try to do anything related to my Microsoft account, I get a blank white screen for a moment, and then it just disappears without letting me sign in. Is there a way to fix this that doesn’t involve completely reinstalling Windows 10?

Where are you trying to sign in? In Access or through a browser?

Basic tests:
- Delete browse cache and cookies.
- Test it using another browser
- Test it on another computer,
