block scroll wheal in a form

Hy
please help me with the following problem: i need to know how i can block to see the previouse records in a form with the scroll wheall (the buttons from the bottom of the form are made invisible for the users but the scroll wheal is still working ) in Access 2003.

Because i work in a company i don't have acces to all folders and to copy .DDL files.

If you looked at the MicrosoftKB article from the Link jdraw has given there is an alternate solution "Creating the MouseWheel Event Completely Within Microsoft Access".. Maybe that will help?
