Hello Campers.

This seems to be a repeatable bug - O365 here are the steps

1. Goto any old form and select a load of text box controls (ONLY textbox controls)
2. Copy them, right click or ctrl+c
3. Paste them.
Anything happen? Not in any of my databases. Now repeat the exercise with subtle difference;

1. Goto any old form and select a load of text box controls but include a combo box or a command button in your selection
2. Copy them, right click or ctrl+c
3. Paste them.
Do they now paste okay?

Does Worky!

It's been driving me slightly mad thinking there was something wrong with my database or the clipboard, but I can replicate it on two different machines.
Anyone else see this on any other versions?

Hi @Minty
Your no worky does worky for me as well.
It makes no difference whether textboxes only or textbox plus other controls. Both work. No bug.
Perhaps the new controls are directly on top of the existing controls in your form?

Nope - that form is a really simple demo it only has what you see.
O365 - Microsoft® Access® for Microsoft 365 MSO (16.0.14131.20278) 64-bit
Windows 10 - Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042

Further digging into it - If the text box has an associated label it also works fine.
It only appears to be text box controls without an associated label, as per the initial screenshot.

My co-worker has exactly the same issue.

I have exactly the same 64-bit version/build of Office as you and Win10 build 19043.1083.
I tested both textboxes attached labels and textboxes with no associated label.
I also tried both single and continuous forms and unbound forms. No issues for me in any of the tests.

Hi
Apologies for the delay but I've only just logged in after a long break.
Just tested your forms. No issues. Copy and paste work fine.

@BillDHess - If I did, I afraid can't remember what it was.
I have subsequently installed a new hard drive and reinstalled everything, which obviously fixed any issues.
