How to change the color of the background and/or fonts of the fields in a form depending on the value on the field, such red background and green and bold fonts when negative value but light green and pink fonts when positive, and no color when zero.
I think this is not complicated, ,but I just do not know how to do it.

Search "Conditional Formatting"

This is very spreadsheet-like. How many combinations were you thinking that you need? And REMEMBER. The coloration doesn't stay with the data. It is a function of the form and the conditional properties you define.

Thank you Pat,
I found out there is a "conditional formatting" button on the format tab in the ribbon, when I click that then it ask if this is new rule, and shows what condition to choose what the effect I want to the fields.
Thank you to all who tried to help.

Don't loose sight of the fact that coloration becomes chaotic and once you have more than a few colors, people can't separate the shades. I don't recommend this for more than three very distinct colors. Access has much better ways of sorting and filtering. You might want to study those instead.

So what would you think of this? Plus it has audio. :)

The color doesn't seem to be bringing anything to the table. The label is identifying each group so the color is superfluous. That isn't usually why people color stuff. Color is generally used to show something that isn't visible. In this case maybe, you would use three colors to mean on time, early, late. You would have a small legend at the top of the form with the three colors and the meaning you assigned to each.

Pretty yes. You get mucho points for pretty;)
