Checkbox/RTF

I have a report that displays a checkbox. However, I want to export the report to RTF or some format ti use as an e-mail attachment, and when I do, the checkbox disappears. I've also tried exporting it to Excel.

In a query, I changed it from a checkbox to a Yes/No textbox, but the checkbox is still displayed instead of the Yes/No.

I prefer the checkbox for data entry, but I could live with Yes/No.

Why doesn't the query preserve the Yes/No change in the report, and is there some way to export the report to some format, and preserve the checkbox, or have Yes/No displayed?

When you create a report, certain properties will "cascade" from the table. If you then go back and change the table, no changes will be made to any existing forms or reports (this changes in A2003). So, you actually need to change the report so that it shows a textbox rather than a checkbox. You can then set its format property to Yes/No.
