not really enough information to provide a solution - what happens to the data in the second combo?

What do you want transferred? just the unique ID, the displayed data or all the fields?

Or are you trying to populate another table?

MajP has a nice class module to handle this. Move items from listbox to listbox

I would STOP until you fix your tables. There is not a single primary key or any discernable relationships. The tables are not normalized with repeated columns. Clean them up with primary keys and foreign keys and establish relationships. If not you are wasting your time.

I opened the source and didn’t understand. As majp says, no primary keys, no relationships. Hence my questions, but not answered

I took a guess and demoed a solution. But the tables and forms are just not correct. This needs a lot of work to be useable.
