Hi
Sorry about this, I'm new to Access and I'm trying to do something that's confusing me.
I have a form, containing address data that I would like to merge with a letter in MS Word. Using the mail-merge function, I can do this, but it is very time consuming, and would present long delays if performing the same task on multiple records. Is there a way to create a command button that will take the currently displayed record and merge the necessary fields (already set up in Word's merge function) with the document so it is ready for printing?
Any help would be massively appreciated. Thanks very much!
