Hi, im new to access go easy please,
Ive got a works orders database that requires some tweeks,
This database records faults & locations and the target completion time for the job
Just now the operator fills in the fault and location and the issue date appears automatically as todays date, then the operator types in a target completion date and prints off the report (with all the details on it) and issues the work
After the work is done the operatior returns to the order and enters the completion date.
What my boss wants to do is to have the operator type in the faults and locations and the issue date pop into place, then he wants a combo box with the following
In the combo box / what it means
Emergancy / The target date is the same as the issue +0
3 days / The target date is the issue +3
1 month / The target date is the issue +30
2 months / The target date is the issue +60
Anyone have any idea of how to get this to work??????????????????????????????????????????????
