Desktop Shortcut from Package Wzd ?

Has anyone come accross a way to have the setup program created by packaging wizard to create a shortcut to my application with my icon on the desktop.

It already creates one in the Start Menu's Program files.

I tried using the 'after complete run' command line at the end of Package wizard to run a batch file that copies the shortcut from the startmenu folder to the desktop folder, but to many 'ifs' here ie. what if the user changes the folder, or the name of the program group, etc.

any help??

Some shape or form of this just may work! =)

I'll have time to work on it tomorrow.

I have searched several forums and no one has come up with this solution. Most say it can't be done.
