Different size view Word 2026

My computer and my wife’s computer, both HP, both running win 10, both running MS Word 2016.
On mine in print view the blank sheet is ¾ to 7/8 of the screen and the print is standard size, on hers it only half the screen, and small print. I have checked every setting I can find. Same view (print view), font same (12 or 14) same file, same style, (normal) Help me out of the dog house.

May be issue in MS Word installation. Try to reinstall MS word again.

Check Zoom under View. It sounds like one of you is set to Page Width and the other to 100%

Go to Print Settings & Click on Zoom in.
