I need a little help

I was able to make a program that have a form and Tab with subform
I was able to open records. After several modifications I made in the subform I am not able to opem new record. I get the following information:

Enter Parameter Value

Name

OK Cancel"

What I have to do to eliminate this error to let me add new records in the main form?

The query is looking for a form control that you have either renamed or deleted. Look at the controlsource queries for the form and subform and see in which criteria box you have referred to a form control. Change the control name to the correct one.
