excel sheet xml import with xslt

Hi,
I am having trouble with creating xslt file for importing an excel sheet xml into access. The xml file looks like this:

I have tried to us the following code:
<xsl:stylesheet version="1.0" xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform">
<xslutput indent="yes"/>
<xsl:strip-space elements="*"/>
<xsl:template match="@*|node()">
<xsl:copy>
<xsl:apply-templates select="@*|node()"/>
</xsl:copy>
</xsl:template>
</xsl:stylesheet>

However it does not work. What do i do wrong?

The sample xml:

<ssata ss:Type="String">Típus</ssata>
</ss:Cell>

<ssata ss:Type="String">Kártya tranzakció</ssata>
