If you have a copier that doubles as a scanner, scan the document to a file and e-mail it.
Like Gasman, I don't know what you mean by "UPS" in this context. I have a UPS store maybe 3/4 of a mile from my house, but I don't recall that they offer FAX services. Though to be honest, they offer so much that maybe I missed that option.

Last time I faxed anything from a computer, I was using Winfax, which shows you how long agao that was.
