Filtering Subjects in a Subform from a main Form

Hello Members i have a Navigation form Call mainform from which A mainform called paymentsF with a SubForm PatmentsTf are , i would like to know how i can filter subjects in a Subform on a Mainform from a Combo box on a mainform and then the Ones on a Subform are filtered. Thanks

Reading your description and looking at the "System Shot.png" I am unable to see how they relate to each other.
Where/ what is the subjects combo box?
Where is the PaymentsF and PaymentsTF ?
If PaymentsTF is the subform to PaymentsF what is defined as the Parent-Child link?
